- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including full address and active contact information. Guls Couture will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
- Once an order has been shipped, customers may receive tracking details where applicable.
- During sales, promotional campaigns, or festive seasons, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

Exchange and Refund Policy
At Gul’s Couture by Bismill, all items are crafted on a made-to-order basis; therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on changes in preference or dissatisfaction with style, color, or design. In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit under the following conditions:- 1. The item has not been worn, washed, or altered.
- 2. You must notify our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- 3. The reported issue is verified by our customer service team.

- Customers may choose from available payment methods displayed at checkout.
